I drove by this remote commercial route, and this girl came down from the nearby mountain selling little plants that people eat as snack. There are no shades anywhere, and I didn't see her carrying any drink.

Our son Jeremy, pictured above, in April 2006 flew from Vancouver to Melbourne, Australia to attend his best friends wedding; afterwards he flew to Adelaide and cooked the BBQ for my 60th. As some as most of the guests had left he made himself "comfortable" on the couch.

Perspire

It's been hot and humid here is NYC. We have resisted putting our window AC unit in, as our electric bill will double. Thank goodness we are expecting some lower temps this week. As you can see....it has been hot in our apt!

Chilli ideas for a Chilly day

This is about the only solution I could come up with. I downloaded a picture of chillies and used that as a backdrop for my picture. Couldn't resolve the flare situation with out playing around with the lighting with time I didn't have . Maybe I should have printed the picture on matte paper and not glossy paper. Ah well, not the best picture ever but at least I've had a go.
