Using frames in photographs can draw a viewer to your subject. Frames can come in many forms. A frame can be something apart from the subject or it can be an actual part of the subject.

A potentially beautiful shot ruined by poor aperture control. Note the thin line of focus near the center of the butterfly and how both the foreground and background are out of focus. So sad. This is one of my biggest challenges.
